Copy Trading allows you to automatically replicate the trading activity of other users ("Signal Providers"). However, this does not amount to personalized investment advice.

2. Performance Disclaimer

• Past Performance: Statistics regarding the past performance of a Signal Provider are not a reliable indicator of future performance.
• Slippage & Latency: Due to market volatility and execution delays, trades copied on your account may be executed at different prices than the Signal Provider, potentially leading to different financial outcomes.

3. Limitation of Liability

RescaleEquity does not endorse or vouch for the skill or reliability of any Signal Provider. You assume full responsibility for the decision to copy a specific trader. RescaleEquity shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Copy Trading activities.
