1. General Financial Provisions

RescaleEquity acts as a custodian for client funds. We maintain strict segregation of client assets from company operational funds. The Client acknowledges that the Company is not a bank, and funds are not insured by government deposit insurance schemes unless explicitly stated for specific jurisdictions.

2. Deposit Policy

  • Authorized Methods: Deposits must only be made via the official methods listed in the Client Dashboard. We do not accept third-party payments. The name on the funding source (Bank Account/Card) must match the name on the RescaleEquity trading account.
  • Processing Time: While most electronic deposits are instant, bank wire transfers may take 3-5 business days to clear.
  • AML Verification: The Company reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used (e.g., card statements or bank confirmations).

3. Withdrawal Policy

To comply with AML regulations, RescaleEquity enforces a strictly "Return to Source" policy:

  • Return to Source: Funds must be withdrawn to the exact same account, card, or wallet address from which they were deposited, up to the amount of the original deposit. Profits may be withdrawn via bank wire or other approved methods after the principal is returned.
  • Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days. However, the time for funds to reach your account depends on the receiving bank/provider.
  • Cancellation: The Company reserves the right to cancel withdrawal requests if the account is under investigation for suspicious activity or if there is insufficient free margin.

4. Fees and Commissions

4.1 Withdrawal Fees: Specific account tiers may be subject to withdrawal processing fees. These fees are deducted automatically from the withdrawal amount.

4.2 Inactivity Fee: Accounts deemed inactive (no trading activity) for a period exceeding 90 days may be charged a monthly maintenance fee.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a trade is executed, it is final and cannot be refunded or cancelled. However, in cases of technical error or accidental deposits:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • If a refund is approved, funds will be returned to the source of payment minus any transaction fees incurred by the Company.
  • No refunds will be issued if the funds have been used for trading activity resulting in a loss.

6. Tax Responsibilities

The Client is solely responsible for calculating and reporting any tax liabilities arising from their trading profits in their local jurisdiction. RescaleEquity does not provide tax advice or deduct taxes unless required by law.
