Stock Trading Policy

1. Nature of Instruments

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, stock trading on RescaleEquity is conducted via Contracts for Difference (CFDs). This means you do not own the underlying share but are speculating on the price movement.

2. Market Hours

Stock CFDs are tradable only during the open hours of the relevant exchange (e.g., NYSE: 09:30 - 16:00 EST). Orders placed outside these hours will remain pending until the market opens.

3. Corporate Actions & Dividends

• Dividends: If you hold a LONG position on the ex-dividend date, a dividend adjustment will be credited to your account. If you hold a SHORT position, the dividend amount will be deducted.
• Stock Splits: In the event of a split, your position size and opening price will be adjusted mathematically to ensure neutral economic impact.
